About Nima

I spent 25 years building projects — and years learning how to stop measuring myself by them.

My coaching is grounded in professional pressure, migration, leadership and my own search for a calmer way to live.

Nima Rahimi, mindset and life coach

Two reasons I became a coach. Both changed my life.

For 25 years I worked in construction — as a civil and geotechnical engineer, then as a project manager on demanding commercial and infrastructure projects. I loved the work and I was good at it.

From the beginning, I also felt a deep urge to share what every project was teaching me about people, pressure, leadership and growth. I had been coaching informally for years. I simply had not given it a name.

"I had been teaching informally for 25 years. I just had not given it a name yet."

The second reason was more personal. Despite the career, the projects and building a new life after moving to Australia in 2016, I could not find peace. I was always chasing the next milestone and measuring my worth by what came next.

Working with my own mindset coach helped me understand that happiness did not have to be earned through achievement. That experience became Right Mind Foundation — a place to share the same gift with other driven professionals.
